Highest praise for the Grand Eastonian!

What a beautiful hotel! I chose the Grand Eastonian both for its location and for the option to have a small suite. The prices were also extremely reasonable. When I arrived the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check in was quick. When we saw our room we were blow away. It was huge and had windows on three sides. Each view was amazing, and we could see the water and the city! I love that we could come back and have the option of ajoining rooms if we had a bigger group. The room was very clean and had so many amenities! We didnt have a chance to use the gym or pool, but i looked at them and they were very nice. Easton was great as well so I will definitely be back!

The jets in the bathtub in my room do not work . The room is too hot and the tv doesn’t work . I called to get the password for the WiFi and the tv is connected to the WiFi and has no internet connection so the tv doesn’t work at all

Just terrible. The staff is extremely peasant and the hotel has great bone structure. But the rooms are Barren and empty with nothing on the floors nothing on the walls no decoration whatsoever. It's like sleeping in a cell with bed. Really unfortunate because this hotel obviously can be something special. But right now I would pick almost any place else in the area.

Nice property. The room needed some tables / counter space. There was nowhere to put our bathroom stuff in the bathroom. Just a pedestal sink. Comfortable beds.

Was a good time. Bed was trash. Why even put a queen in the room when a king would fit fine? Also the bed had 0 support bin same bed over 15 years. I also dont know why they dont leave brooms in the rooms. Showers an water temp sux too. Other than that the place is awesome. I have stayed 50 + times. Its always clean an geat kind staff. They did get rid of free breakfast tho sad face.

We really loved the hotel. I loved the history and old building charm. Front desk staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was awesome! The room was big and spacious. Location was great being right downtown.
