Staff was great, beautiful hotel. Very festive for the Christmas holiday. Like a lot of historic hotels, the rooms are on the smaller side. Our room had 2 doubles vs 2 queens. They were very comfortable!

Room was lovely ad clean, amenities were nice.The hotel staff including wait staff at the restaurant on the Terrace was spotty, some were great, some have a lot to learn about customer service unfortunatly. It made our much anticipated stay at this no doubt beautiful historic hotel somewhat disappointing.

I booked s a stable starview room after receiving an email mentioning upgrades. I paid extra for the room because the Expedia listing showed it had a double sofa bed in the room. I mentioned this to the desk clerk immediately upon seeing the actual room, showed her the Expedia listing and she offered no resolution. While it was a beautiful hotel, the lack of customer service attention to the matter would probably stop me from booking it next time we see a concert in Bethlehem in a few months.

This hotel is darling and I would stay again. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because it was unbearably hot. We called to find out how to turn off the heater but it didn't work. The staff tried to accommodate us by bringing up a fan but it was still too hot. Other than this issue, everything was perfect!
