Good stay

Good stay nothing bad. Pancake machine didn’t work one day. Same breakfast options as most hotels. The hotel had some nights the parking lot was very dark other nights it was fine. There were several big potholes so the lights would help to see them.

The pool never said closed on the website! Got there to check in asked if it was open said no due to cleaning but it would be open first thing in the morning however after my day went back around 5-6 still not open not the pool or hot and the room, I stayed in had hair in the tub carpet look un clean.

Stay somewhere with better protcol

The woman who checked us in was very kind. But when we got there we learned that the elevators were broken (we were on the second floor) and that the pool wasn't even filled and they were not heating the hot tub (part of our pull to stay here). We got up to our room (lugging our suitcases up in the stairwell with some unsafe conditions). We get to our room (which is located right next to the broken elevator AND the ice machine which seems stupid) to find out our key did not work. We thought maybe she wrote down the number wrong (219) so he tried across the hall at 218 and it worked. I was about to wheel my luggage into the room when I noticed OTHER PEOPLES CLOTHES AND SUITCASES OUT. The woman programmed our key for someone else's room. My husband went back down and got our key fixed but I spent our 2 days there worried someone would get a key to our room and not be so kind in leaving our stuff alone. After the first night there we were woken up VERY EARLY to someone getting ice (since it was right outside our room). The breakfast was decent for the rest of the hotel being crap. This place was a waste of money and I WOULD NOT recommend

Room was decent.

At 10:00 PM arrival time, not one of the exterior lights were on, not even a light indicating the name of the hotel. What made that worse is that the parking lot is riddled with deep potholes that made for dangerous maneuvering in the dark. I made mention of that to the clerk and he asked, "Which light is out?" ALL OF THEM!! He made no attempt to turn them on. Not crazy about a dark hotel.

The room smelled musty and carpet felt damp, the bed was super comfortable and we liked the fact of having actual blankets. The hot tub was broken and looked green but they still had it in use. The pool was decent but very warm. All in all though it was decent.

Upon checking in the clerk was quick and very pleasant. The room that I had booked and paid for in advance ( king suite) was not available and I was given a 2 queen room instead. Entering the room I was greeted with a dingy tub and an extremely filthy shower curtian. There were only 2 towels and washcloths for a room with a four person capacity. There were brown hairs along the bathroom sink, floor and toilet. Which tells me it wasn't properly cleaned before our booking. Breakfast had many options. Unfortunately, the hot menu choices were cold ( sausage link and patties, scrambled eggs, omlets, biscuits and gravy ). I was unable to use the indoor pool due to a greasy film across the entire surface of the water. The morning clerk was very kind and polite. Overall my stay was not at all how I had expected. I will not be returning to that location.

My son and I checked in at 4:17pm (regular check in is 3pm) from desk went to check room, it was no ready and was told it would at least be half hour and we had to be at the ball field by 4:30pm. Ice machine on second floor did not work. Wasn’t the worst stay, convenient location of fast food, dine in, grocery! But it definitely wasn’t the greatest experience.
