Excellent room conditions so far as cleanliness and amenities in the room. Staff was very friendly and cordial. The only complaint was the pillows were not as soft as last year's stay. It was also very noisy this time with people walking on the upper floor throughout the night.

Booked this reservation back in November. I had a two day outdoor training class that was very rigorous. Come to find out, after day one, hot tub is broken. Okay, that sucks. Pool time. Nope. Ice cold. The bathroom had previously had a leak of some sort in the ceiling and that Had started to discolor the bathroom ceiling. Mold? Yeah, not impressed. Asked front desk staff where the nearest Walgreens was located. No idea. I know I can Google it, but come on man, Something good? Breakfast was solid.

Property was very dirty. Shelf when I walked into our room had an inch of dust on it. Stains on the carpet, dirty socks under the bed Bathtub wouldn’t drain. No one at front desk to help. Exercise room out of order. No ironing board or iron in the room. Very disappointing Would not recommend this property.

When we arrived we had to wait at the desk for about 15 minutes or more to recieve assistance checking in after ringing the bell. When the gentleman came to desk he was on the phone and walked past into the office to finish a phone call for 10 minutes without saying anything. He was friendly once he did help us. The room could have been cleaner and the water did t get hot for the shower. I had it turned all the way up on hot and it was barely luke warm, i did let the front desk know this when checking out.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast omelets were very good. I was not happy eating and drinking from styrofoam, also the bagels were very old and were wrapped in plastic, just like the fruit. It was like eating at a gas station. We stay at IHG hotels frequently, mostly because we like the breakfasts there and we like the ambience, they should at least have paper plates available, we pay a premium price to be there.

The room was ok at first then we seen that the bathroom door had something that looked like pizza sauce all over it. The hot tub was not working and the inside pool was freezing. When we woke up in the morning the table was all covered in ants.
