NOTE: Red Hawk Ridge | Manzanita is a 27 acre gated property. Red Hawk Ridge | Japatul (another listing that sleeps 16) is also on site. Certain outdoor activities such as disc golf and horseshoe are shared.

Guest Access:
The property features secure, keyless entry with both a gated entrance and front door equipped with digital locks. Your unique access codes will be sent to you before check-in for a seamless arrival experience.

You are welcome to use the entire indoor and outdoor space! The outdoor space includes and outdoor bar, patio, wrap-around deck, and grassy area -- perfect for gatherings.

The Japatul House (sister property, separate listing) is available on-site with its own nightly rate. The 2 homes together share the 27 acres. If you would like to reserve both houses, please reach out -- we love family reunions!

The Japatul House also has a pool and hot tub. If no one is there during your stay, you are welcome to use it, however, please inquire about availability and pricing.

Accessibility

⇀Stairs to upstairs bedrooms and Cowboy Bar is made of logwood and may not be suitable for those with physical disabilities/handicapped or with gait imbalance limitations.

Manzanita Estate is a cherished family home that has been part of the Alpine community for three generations. We ask that you enjoy the space with the same consideration you'd show your own home. While we'll respond as quickly as possible to any concerns, please note we don't have on-site staff available 24/7.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a family owned AND OPERATED vacation rental!

NOTE: Only 18 guests staying overnight at Red Hawk Ridge are allowed on property. We can add +2 by using an air mattress we have on site. Contact us for larger groups.

Visitors other than overnight guests are not allowed on the property without express permission from RHR Property Management.

We LOVE gatherings and reunions but need advance notice, so message us if you wish hold a large gathering.

Please note that the property is monitored with outdoor security cameras and an onsite groundskeeper.

As a guest of Red Hawk Ridge Luxury Log Cabin Experience!, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
