The house welcomes you on an island and with a warm, inviting atmosphere, in which the combination of lots of wood, comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. Here you can slow down and leave everyday life behind you, whether it's with a cup of tea, listening to your favourite podcast or cooking fresh meals together.



In the morning, the spacious wooden terrace beckons you outside to enjoy the sweeping views over the water and the mountains. Start the day with a relaxed breakfast and a fragrant coffee outdoors. Gather your loved ones around a barbecue in the evening and round off the day with a glass of wine under a twinkling starry sky.



The wild beauty of northern Norway awaits you on the island of Årøya: stroll along the coast with a view of the Alta Fjord, go on fishing trips or observe sea eagles, seals and seabirds in their natural habitat. An excursion to Alta takes you to the Alta Museum with its UNESCO-protected rock carvings, which bear witness to a culture dating back thousands of years. And in winter, a very special natural spectacle awaits you - the fascinating glow of the Northern Lights.
