Bad feelings

"We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings."
