Worst stay in a hotel ever

Well, first let me start when we first checked in. It seemed OK. The pool was never clean. Was never good to go in. I complained to the front desk. We were told that there was a heating issue that it was resolved so the pool should be heated up by night time, and it was freezing cold the whole time, the Jacuzzi was green color housekeeping never came in and cleaned our room never give us a towel. Phones weren’t working in the room downstairs to the front desk.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. They moved our room closer to the elevator as I had sprained my ankle and was having trouble walking. Breakfast was great!

This is an excellent hotel for families in downtown. We loved the big rooms and the pool with hot tub was very nice.
