A place to stay if you want a clean peaceful room, but don't care about wifi or a good shower. The Good: Room was clean and spacious. Property is very clean. The lady at the desk is nice. The Bad: (no ice machine) (no wifi) (bad water pressure). I'm upset that we wasted our stay with no internet or nice shower. Kind of unacceptable. The "free" wifi never worked. I would never stay at a hotel with no wifi on purpose as I am a tech person. When we went to sign into the wifi it gave us a free option for low grade internet for ONE device, or we could pay for up to 3 devices and upgrade the internet quality. Even after going to pay for one of the plans they couldn't provide us with internet, or figure out how to get their codes to work for us. They said they would call us back after figuring it out, and never called. We checked at the desk once, and they were still "figuring it out". So that already ruined our stay. Then the shower was AWFUL, barely usable water pressure in the shower head. If you tilt the shower head upward it isn't even enough pressure to shoot out straight. Not to mention we booked an accessible room and they gave us a regular suite at first, and we had to go get that fixed and switch rooms. The lady at the desk was nice, but that doesn't really fix the fact that the hotel had a nearly unusable shower and didn't let us use wifi. How can you have a hotel and not know how to provide wifi?????? I would not go back to this location for these reasons.

Super clean, super nice property, awesome staff!

Welcome surprise! Super clean, super nice property, awesome staff! This was my 10th or 11th trip to Amarillo so I’ve stayed at multiple properties in the area. This by far was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. I wish I had time to enjoy the patio with the fire pit and the grill but this was an In-N-Out trip. Definitely will be staying at this property going forward.

Comfortable hotel

The Everhome suites is a beautiful comfortable hotel We loved the glass shower The only problem we had I booked two king suites with washer and dryers in bathroom a week before When we arrived they said sold out put us in a king room No washer dryer etc So the attendant says he will discount a little for each room We were very dissatisfied disappointed But we were thankful for the small discounted rate He was very helpful So if you book I would suggest you make sure get what you pay for Other than that I would of given them a 10 Five stars

The hotel room was amazing Jaime offered us great service late at night multiple times and was EXTREMELY helpful!Cody was also very helpful with our checkout and made things a breeze. We did have a few issues such as the AC being spotty and the deadbolt not working… But there was a daytime manager who I made aware of these issues and he seemed uninterested and annoyed, at checkout I told Cody and she made sure to note all of it which was very appreciated.

This was one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels. It is central to a lot of restaurants - including The Public House - which has one of the BEST cheeseburgers ever- The hotel staff was very helpful.
