Everything was great. We got there after 10pm so I was worried we wouldn’t get the room type we reserved, but we did! Staff were great at check in. Room was clean and very large. I will definitely stay here again on my way through next time.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was cold and staff was heating it up in microwaves which dried it out. So we had to buy breakfast elsewhere.

HVAC didn’t work at all in the room. Called the front desk, no one ever came. Refillable bottles in the shower were completely empty. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

All good except for the bathroom door

Check in was easy and the service was friendly. The main reason for a score downgrade was because of a broken bathroom door and door latch. We are a family of five and it’s not great when you can’t close the bathroom door for privacy. Besides having super noisy neighbors above (something the hotel really can’t control) there were no other issues and the room was satisfactory.
