En primero es lugar no tiene nada que ver con las imágenes que se muestran en la página de expedía, cuando llegamos al lugar el cuarto tenía un olor muy fuerte a limpiador, como queriendo cubrir otros olores, en segunda, había cabellos tirados en la ventana, el baño estaba todo manchado de amarillo y las paredes del cuarto también, en tercera, cuando fuimos a pasar el rato en la alberca está no funcionaba y nunca hubo un aviso en la página que no estaba funcionando, solo estuve en el lugar como 20 minutos, cuando fui a hacer check out, una de las recepcionistas trató de hacer algo, mientras la otra sólo se limitó a decir que no le iban a reembolsar nada y que no me iban a mover de habitación, solo me limité a dejar las tarjetas de la habitación y me marché del lugar pensando en nunca volver a regresar a ese lugar, ni en ninguno de la misma cadena de hoteles
The floors in the hotel room were so disgusting after walking around barefoot for 10 minutes my feet were black. Floors have never been mopped. Looked like mold in the shower on the ceiling. Bed sheets had burn marks and something that looked like blood stains. Entire room was just disgusting and felt gross. I was extremely mislead based on ratings and other reviews on Expedia. 0/10 would not recommend or ever stay here again.

This property is NOT as pictured. It is horrible. Horrible smell in my room of purgume and bad hygiene. Sludge down the walls. Brown towels
Cigarette burns on bathtub. Broken stairs. Pretty sure my children saw a drug deal. Smoking in the rooms and lobby. Rude front staff. They gave me a key to a room in use the first time. We packed our bags and left so quick.
This is my lesson to read the reviews before staying somewhere. We were just looking for a place to lay our heads on the way to Colorado. This was the most disgusting and dirty hotel (motel) I have ever seen. We ended up leaving that evening as it was just awful! To even attempt to find the good in it wasn’t working and smelled even worse. The pictures aren’t accurate online. My towel in the bathroom was dirty and brown stains and the bathtub was full of stains, the toilet seat was crumbling and yellow. My room smelled like smoke. We didn’t feel safe with our young kids. Heck no.

Booking with this property was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, and I have stayed in many. In particular, I have stayed in a La Quinta facility many times. They have always been in my top three favorites. My husband and I planned a vacation with our two children and scheduled three different nights of stopping. Our first night, I booked a room at this property through Expedia. Based on it being a La Quinta and the pictures provided, I felt comfortable with the booking. For reference, the suite had a living area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with the bathroom attached to that. Upon arrival, we checked the sofa bed for our kids. Immediately pulling the cushions off, there were crumbs and dirt piled up where you could tell it had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a LONG time. Once we pulled the actual bed out, the bare mattress was filthy. I'm aware that mattresses get stained, but it was disgusting on top of there being dirt and crumbs on the mattress itself and even an empty kids juice bottle left underneath the head portion of the "bed" which would be under the couch. The king sized bed seemed to be decently clean, but the bathroom was also disgusting and in poor shape. I do not mind outdated facilities, but everything was completely cracking or peeling. There were two areas in which there were supposed to be smoke detectors, but the devices were missing and there were wires sticking out. They offered another room in the same condition.
The absolute worse, trashiest, filthy, overall disgusting. The room they had originally gave me had food, popcorn, trash and syringes all over the floor and housekeeping had already done the bedding..the room door was wide open, I took a couple of pics. I refused to even sit on that bed. I sat on my rollator all night long. My husband got on in and woke up with bedbug bites all over his back!! Nasty! This is outrageous! No no, not ever again. Somebody needs to be called about this.
This is a MOTEL not a Hotel! That is something that should be made clear before the visit I was traveling with toddler and the fact that we could hear the ladies of the night outside our door is crazy! Also people arguing and fighting outside the door as well as outside the lobby! The room was filthy! Dead bugs in every corner! The bathroom was just disgusting, towels were dingy, 2 adults and 1 child with 1 face towel! I asked for more and was told the laundry lady doesn’t come in until 9am I gave the front desk my room number and asked if they could drop off some towels when she arrived!! No one ever came and when I called the front desk no one ever answered the phone! I only stayed one night and will never stay again! I attempted to address my issues with the Manager the next day and she had the worst attitude and didn’t want to hear me out at all! I was on a road trip with my kids I had driven 16 hours to get to the hotel all I wanted was to sleep when we arrived at 9pm I didn’t even realize how nasty the room was until the next morning around 6am. I complained right away! But it went to deaf ears! It clear the staff doesn’t care and neither does the manager! I Do NOT recommend at all!!!
The room was clean, but sheets were stained and had cigarette holes. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet. People were loud late into the night. I kept feeling like I needed to check my car to make sure it wasn't broken into. The outside was pretty run down. Not a place I would want to stay in again.

I loved that there was a waffle house in walking distance. What i didnt like is 1 of the rooms booked, there was no smoke detector and the extra locking latch was broken. In the other room, the bathroom door could not shut due to being too big. Other than these few things,everything was great!
