We didn’t what to expect but we were more than pleasantly surprise by this hotel, location was great, front desk service was excellent, fun little personal touches in lobby and outside, pool/hot tub were clean and so nice, the bed was so comfy, definitely stay here again

No AC!

When we arrived our forat room had no ac. It would get to about 74 and then start climbing. They put us in a second room and it did the same exact thing. But the second room had a hige spot on the carpet that was soaking wet. It took the front desk lady almost an hour to get us in to a third room that finally had a working AC. We stay in amarillo at least once a year and this will be the first and last time we stay here. We will be going back to the Tru by hilton.

Our stay was good. Clean, safe, convenient, and very affordable. The night staff was not well trained and messed up our rooms then over charged me for them. However, once the issue was brought to a manager’s attention everything was set right without trouble or delay. I appreciated that. Everyone was nice about it, as well.

Very poor customer service and inaccurate rating

When walking in the door, the hotel had a bad income. The property allowed us to book a room but had no vacancy when we arrived. We were charged but unable to stay there.
