older motel than seen in pictures - noisy due to crowd at restaurant and interstate - no elevator - was convenient to interstate, had reservation for dinner at steakhouse next door so good steak! - did like keyless checkin - they sent code by email and worked just fine.

Nice room. Check-in easy thru Expedia. Had to park at a neighboring hotel over 1/4 mile away due to lack of parking for a truck pulling a 5x8 u-haul trailer.

Cute room with themed decor. It was clean but definitely not modern, but that’s part of the charm. Located right across from the Big Texan Restaurant. Not much else going on in the neighborhood and you’re right on the interstate. The saloon doors going into the bathroom are hilarious, but got kind of annoying after the first couple of times through! A fun place to stay for an overnight.

Always a good time. Just wish WiFi was a little better internet connection is touch and go on devices. At least that’s an easy problem to fix. Have stayed there multiple times a year for the past five years can’t complain other than that. Unless you count a stomach ache from eating too much steak lol.

There were not enough hand towels or wash cloths. Only 1 hand towel, need at least 2. Only 2 wash cloths. For 2 people if you shower at night and in the morning before you leave in the morning you need 4. Would be nice if a handle on the wall to hang the hand towel.

Totally adequate for a roadside stop. Especially if you plan to eat at The Big Texan. Nothing else that is walking distance. Motel is old and decor is very basic. But that's some of the charm.
