Terrible smell, broken doors, dirt and dust in rooms all around. It’s part of property that also hosts a club and event center where events happens past midnight also. So rooms have lots of noise. Breakfast included just have packed items like muffin, bread, yogurt. Everything else like eggs, bacon, biscuit is paid.

The first thing I saw when I walked in the property was a massive leak coming from the ceiling in the lobby. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the second step on the ladder. I am a CPO, so I thought maybe the just shocked the pool. Nope, the pool was so cloudy the entire time that you couldn't see the drains, that's a violation and would have the pool shut down. Our room (320) had a massive area in the ceiling that was heavily water damaged. The damage was characterized by a large swath of missing texture, dark brown water staining, and a crack in the drywall. There was a large drywall patch on the wall by the bed that had only been taped and bedded and was a complete eye sore. The bathroom had toothpaste on the wall behind the door, a dirty faucet, moldy caulk, and several missing or cracked tiles. Oh also, the entire room was damp from the humidity that came from the pool and fountain. The breakfast that we were told was free when we signed in wasn't free, come to find out only a portion is. Then we went to get a drink at 1:30am after playing a show and the bartender told us they'd already had last calls. From start to finish the stay was subpar

The place was great. Loved the staff! They were so welcoming. Downside, bathroom fixtures werent working well. But we just stayed there for the night. Will stay again!

The front desk ladies were very friendly. The hotel had some neat things for kids, but the rooms need upgrading for example the bed sheets were filthy, the restroom seat was broken! Think about upgrading it that would make the stay better and please wash the sheets. My grandkids got bed bugs in room 214

great customer service. The forum has lots of activities which is nice but the room wasn’t nice it had a musty smell. The toilet didn’t work very well and was leaking and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The rooms don’t look as nice as in the pictures and we were really looking forward to our stay from pictures online. Walls are not sound proof at all, you can hear people going by all hours of the day.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean, employees were friendly, so many fun things to do! The only slight downfall was the parking was tight considering it was a weekend and they had live music, but it wasn’t too bad at all. We will definitely be back!

Was above expectations and the free breakfast was certainly a highlight. Great staff and the area was clean only bad thing would be the very loud AC in the room. I would definitely stay here again given the price.

The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up The tub filled and didn’t drain The paper dispenser kept falling open The TV needed to be reset every time it was turned on (finally a new Roku was replaced) only to have an adjacent room pop up asking to enter iPad 4digit code Only 1 elevator worked North and our room was absolutely as far from it as possible away on the center south Hotels sent me a dozen emails with reply options to the hotel but they never opened to be able to reply It was disappointing
