This beautiful house is part of the Prépinson Hamlet, made up of 3 holiday homes that can accommodate up to 14 guests. It belongs to Domaine de La Trigalière, a vast private estate of over 1,000 hectares of unspoiled nature.
Prépinson charms with its stone and wood façade. Inside, you’ll be captivated by the large picture windows that flood the main room with light and highlight the exposed beams. This loft is perfect for 8 guests.
The property features an impressive cathedral-style living room, a mezzanine TV lounge, and 4 bedrooms. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a lovely view of the secure pond bordering the house.
The house and garden are entirely at your disposal.
You can also make use of the estate’s trails and facilities, such as the heated pool open from May to September (just a short walk away and shared with other houses on the estate) or the splendid lakeside Guinguette.
Many sports and water activities are also available on site (on request, subject to availability, for an extra fee): cycling, 3D archery, paddleboarding, canoeing, rowing boat, fishing initiation, wine tasting, wellness treatments, and much more!
