Our bed was uncomfortable and pillows were smelly and had makeup smears. Our room was not what we had booked, we had no fridge in our 'kitchenette'. We were not able to check in early even by 10 mins. Our couch was thread baren and though comfy, needed to be replaced. Our toilet ran non stop. Checked out within 2 hours due to these factors.

Very comfortable room but disappointed that the tub/shower was cold water only so no shower in the morning. When we asked for a plug for the bathroom sink, they came right away to inspect but we never heard from anyone.
