Great stop over

Very friendly welcome. Spotless rooms. Secure parking. Supermarket next door. 5 minute drive to a small shopping complex with a Lidl, Macdonalds, Steakhouse restaurant etc. recommend getting the breakfast here. Good choice of food that will proper set you up for the day. Definitely recommend for a stop over

ArrivĂ©e aprĂšs 22h30, j'ai utilisĂ©e l'ordinateur de l'entrĂ©e pour demander une chambre. J'ai rĂ©pondu que j'Ă©tais seule, est ce parce qu'il n'y a pas de chambre seule qu' il m'a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©pondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible? Dans ce cas pourquoi le demander? Je me suis entĂȘtĂ©e le parking Ă©tant presque vide. J'ai pu avoir une rĂ©servation en passant par l'application HĂŽtel.com. Cette rĂ©servation n'a pas Ă©tĂ© reconnu d'emblĂ©e. J'ai eu recours par deux fois Ă  l'interphone et l'Ă©quipe en ligne. Elle est finalement passĂ©e, il ne fallait rentrer que le nom de famille, mĂȘme avec le bon numĂ©ro de rĂ©sa. Le sĂ©choir Ă  cheveux est prĂȘtĂ© par l'accueil; Etant repartie avant l'ouverture je n'ai pu me laver la tĂȘte. DĂ©cevant pour une nuit Ă  90€.

Mon séjour s'est trÚs bien passé sauf au niveau de la réservation. j'avais effectué un décalage de date avec Hotels.com, en payant une plus value pour la modification, et lorsque je me suis présenté à l'accueil de l'hotel, il m'indique qu'ils n'ont eu aucune modification de la part d'Hotels.com. Chance pour moi il leur restait une chambre.
