Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 37 mÂČ flat in AmnĂ©ville, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 mÂČ living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 mÂČ living room with a double sofa bed (140x190) and a TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Amnéville, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Das Geschirr war dreckig und musste vor der Benutzung gesĂ€ubert werden. Auch der Geruch der Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Obwohl die Außentemperatur 15 Grad Celsius betrug, war es nicht möglich, zu heizen. Die Heizung war abgestellt und es gab keine Möglichkeit, sie zu aktivieren. Die KĂ€lte machte den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Das saubere und schimmelfreie Bad war angenehm."
