I am sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectations and that you encountered inconveniences upon arrival. Furthermore, regarding the area that the hotel is located is not heavily populated, it gave us the chance to provide you with the most spacious rooms that you could find in a city hotel. Additionally, our complimentary shuttle service is at your disposal for your transfer to the city center and back during the day.
