Sijainti
Kaunis ja tahraton 2-huoneen huoneisto Unescon maailmanperintökanavan alueella. Rauhallisella kadulla on vielä kävelyetäisyydellä tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä (museoalue, Rembrandtplein, Dam-aukio). Tutustu joitakin parhaista myymälöistä, viihtyisistä kahviloista ja trendikkäistä paikoista kaupungissa aivan Utrechtsestraatin - vilkkaalla kadulla, joka on ollut noin vuodesta 1658 lähtien.

Kuvaus
Huoneisto sijaitsee 1800-luvun rakennuksen 1. kerroksessa (vastaa 2. kerroksessa Yhdysvalloissa), joten sinun ei tarvitse kiivetä liikaa portaita. Huoneistossa on kaksi tilavaa huonetta. Yhdessä huoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja avautuu kaunis parveke, jolta on näkymät viehättäville Amsterdamin taloille. Toisessa huoneessa on erittäin hiljainen katu, jossa on tyypillisiä 1700-luvun rakennuksia. Tämä huone on suurempi ja siinä on upouusi (joulukuu 2018) queen-size-vuode, täysin varustettu, uusi keittiö, ruokapöytä ja 4 tuolia sekä älykäs TV. Molemmissa huoneissa on ovet ja niissä on paljon yksityisyyttä. Oma kylpyhuone (kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja kylpyamme), erillinen wc ja pieni vaatekaappi pesukoneella.

Tarjoamme joustavan sisään- ja uloskirjautumisen, lopullisen vieraskokemuksen, online- ja henkilökohtaisen paikallisen tuen, joten et koskaan tuntuu matkailijaksi.
Huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rembrandtplein. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittonurkkauksen ja parvekkeen.

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon wirkte etwas vernachlässigt, allerdings waren wir auch zur Winterzeit da. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Küche keinen Herd oder Ofen enthält. Wenn man nicht vorhat zu kochen reicht die Ausstattung aus.

Location in central Amsterdam was ideal for us as everything was within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, tram, metro, etc. Popular tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride away. Glad we did not come with a car-parking would have been a hassle and it really isn't needed to begin with. Property was clean and on a quiet street. Owner was accommodating and responsive. Getting there and check-in instructions were clear. Washing machine and drying rack were available for laundry. Microwave and hot plate but no stove - it did not impact us since we ate out most of the time. Enjoyed our week-long stay!

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Italian restaurant a few doors down was excellent, we ate there twice!Gabriela met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She gave us a brief rundown on the apartment and the neighborhood, which was nice.The only minor downside was, the toilet room was a bit small, but it did not detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything that it was convenient. Had great shops, food, and a grocery store near. Close to the canal. It was far enough away from all of the really crazy tourist locations that it was calm. Nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the calm and quiet of the back garden area. If you want to be in the middle of a touristy area, this isn’t for you. If you want some quiet and you want to feel private and calm- book now! A quick 10 minute walk to the Albert Cuyp Market, 20 to the museums and about the same to the Anne Frank house. We walked everywhere, but there was a tram stop nearby. We’d go explore. Come home for a bit, then head back out to explore some more. The apartment was clean. Had all the things you could need for comfort. Great that it had a washing machine. It was the last bit of our trip so we needed that. The quick conversation we had when we checked in was very helpful. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Loved this experience.

This apartment was perfect. It was located in a really central area but it was like staying in a little town of its own. Our apartment was in a very quiet street with lovely views over the back gardens. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. At one end of the street were so many great restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants and at the other end a wonderful canal. The tram was just around the corner and we could walk to a canal tour, Van Gogh’s Museum and the Rijksmussen. Than you Tjerk and Esther for having such a lovely apartment.

Die Eigentümer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, für diese Gruppengröße war das Appartement ideal. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur den Lärm von der Straße konnte man auch nachts hören. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!
