Wifi didn't work. None responded from reception when called though they claimed 24/7 service. Woke me up at wrong time for taxi and ruined sleep

We like the transportation from and to the airport. Food is easy to get as McDonald and 2 other hotels next door with restaurants. I didn’t like the flat bed sheet was used to cover the mattress as it was not big enough so the mattress was exposed.

We stayed only for a night. The shuttle was very convenient but congested and didn’t have a lot of space for the luggage, it also took more than the planned time to arrive but we were welcomed by a friendly staff. The building is a bit old and we wished the doors in the corridors were automatic cause we brought a lot of stuff. Upon our departure we forgot something at the hotel and they were very kind to send it on the shuttle. BIG THANKS

The beds are soo comfortable. My compliant would he with the reception/bartender. He said he had a noise complaint from my room. But I hadn't in gone to the room for the day yet. Than at check out it was a extra charge and he couldnt tell me where it came from. He walked off will i was still standing there.

The staff were incredible!!!!! Super helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the shower was not the best. There’s not much to do around that part of city either. Fortunately the shuttle to the airport was free so we could go there and catch the train. The staff were wonderful tho!!!!!

Mold in bathroom. Droping rain makes laud noise in rhe night. Bathroom door very difficult to open. Bottle water very expensive. Hotel restaurants around BW way too expensive. McD within walking distance. No supermarket around.

Good transport from and to the airport. Friendly accommodating staff. Only 2 places within walking distance to eat. McDonald’s or hotel restaurant. Was fine for overnight stay. Easy to take transport to airport to train to city center for tram to cruise. Would stay here again.

The staff were kind, however, our hotel room was gross. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and after we brought it to the attention of the staff, they did not address the issue. The floors were not swept, and were gross in general. I would recommend bringing shower shoes.
