I made a mistake of one day when writing the date for my stay. In the written document I mistakenly wrote 29 instead of 28 of september. There was no possibility of a room.at the hotel and no possibility of a devolution of money when requested. My credit cards were stolen in Paris the day before my arrival in Amsterdam -- no possibility of arranging for a room because the hotel refused to accept cash. After spending apriximately 3 hours I was able to receive a good room in a snall hotel near the airport. I find your conduct very unprofesional and very distant from real people and real problems. Is there ANY possibility of a return of my payment or crediting this amount in future travel or lodging.. Especially disappointing was the impossibility of paying for a place to sleep in the hotels you and the great contrast in a small hotel also near to airport who offered warm, friendly service and accepted my payment with the few Euros which were not stolen.

Best hotel in Amsterdam! Large studios, easy transportation (shuttle to airport every 30 minutes, and there bus and train to Amsterdam), kitchen, office area in a room, huge closets, couch, large bed..... Great stay. And a huge plane is a view from my window, 747 is right there. Inexpensive also.

This property although beautiful could stand a training or two for its staff. This is a busy and bustling Marriott so some staffers can get easily overwhelmed as patrons check-in, have queries and such. While staffers are genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant, others behave as if they are doing you a favor to answer a simple question or provide assistance. My overall stay was average at best and as a Marriott Bonvoy member of over 15 years, it's disappointing for such a lovely property. I give it a 3-4 star rating specifically because of Lois, Rowan and the massage therapist, Ferdy who despite several days of miscommunication was worth the wait ! He's personable and a stellar massge therapist. For the value, its good, but don't forget the city taxes!!!!! I believe its something like 12% daily of the net (tourist tax separate) and of course, the hotel tax and deposit (returned if unused). I stayed a full week so you can only imagine. They have a voucher for a €5 coffee and croissant special. Yet, both myself and the customer ahead of me were a bit shocked to learn, its up to €5 and if your coffee is more (which it is because it's Starbucks) you owe the difference. That's false advertising and I hope to attach the picture so others can decide if thats true or false. So, you can be nickle and dimed to death. It's a beautiful property and the shuttle is very convenient if you want to go into the city to shop and it runs late (after 11pm) from Schipol Station.

Overall a good stay

We stayed in a two bed self catering apartment, nice & clean. I had to ask twice for cups, t-spoons & some dessert spoons( never got those)The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the airport, its also handy for local buses. Apart from the missing items it was a good stay.

The hotel was very nice, we got checked in and it was convenient to arrive at our apartment room. The room was well kept and was large, with cooking facilities and a nice view outside. The staff was friendly and efficient. In addition, there were a large variety of facilities, such as a pool, Sauna, gym room and cinema as well as a Buffet. Overall, it was very nice and comfortable, for example I enjoyed the pool, which had warm water and sunlight coming through the windows. Overall, it was very value-for money as I got 2 queen beds and a large variety of facilities for a reasonable price. 9/10.

Wasn't here for long. Flight was 20 minutes delayed so missed last shuttle at 1145pm. Check in was good, didn't get a 2 bedroom that we booked but had a 1 bedroom. Pool/Spa was nice.

Bedroom was spacious with Comfortable beds. Clean, quiet apartment. Regular transportations to airport every half hour is a big plus. The employees are very helpful & pleasant. Super nice environment. Easy to get in & out by Taxi or Uber if needed as they are always there at the charging station. Free internet through out the property. We will highly recommend this for anyone for staying in Amsterdam.

Good stay but not without incident

The stay was nice, the hotel was very clean and spacious. There were good amenities in the room and at hotel. The shuttle to the airport was a nice benefit since our stay was unexpected due to a canceled flight. We were awakened by a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which was scared and unsettling. We evacuated the room only for a lady that was in a room down the hall telling us it apparently went off due to someone’s kitchen either had some type of cooking incident? The fire alarm stopped so we went back to our room. No one from the hotel tried to contact us about what happened or even could explain in the morning the situation which was unsettling.
