I made a mistake of one day when writing the date for my stay. In the written document I mistakenly wrote 29 instead of 28 of september. There was no possibility of a room.at the hotel and no possibility of a devolution of money when requested. My credit cards were stolen in Paris the day before my arrival in Amsterdam -- no possibility of arranging for a room because the hotel refused to accept cash. After spending apriximately 3 hours I was able to receive a good room in a snall hotel near the airport.
I find your conduct very unprofesional and very distant from real people and real problems.
Is there ANY possibility of a return of my payment or crediting this amount in future travel or lodging.. Especially disappointing was the impossibility of paying for a place to sleep in the hotels you and the great contrast in a small hotel also near to airport who offered warm, friendly service and accepted my payment with the few Euros which were not stolen.
