We booked the Urban, but were actually given an Apartment which was amazing. Modern clean and spacious. Only issue was being given a double bed not a twin room as booked. Fortunately we are sisters it was a very late check in so we didn’t say anything.! Breakfast was fabulous and served until 11am and we also used the pool and sauna. Would definitely book again. Also excellent shuttle service.

I've never experienced a hotel like this, 4 beds, full kitchen and more than enough storage for everyone. The staff was friendly. Restaurant in the main building was delicious. Best was the free shuttle to the airport at the end of the stay.

The staff was very nice, the pool and breakfast were great as was the shuttle but the room they put us in looked and smelled like there was mold on the ceiling. I know that they are renovating so maybe it will be better in the future.

Good for one night stay. Enjoyable pool and sauna facilities, as well as cafe. Was not close to any train or tram lines into the city or airport, but had their own free shuttle to and from Schipol.

The room was excellent. Would have liked a tub as well as shower but as is quite often the case in Europe, only a shower. Can't fault the hotel for that. Fuse blew when my wife plugged in the electric tea kettle. Maintenance came to fix, said the teapot was not safe, would bring her another, but never did. Minor, but disappointing. The shuttle to the airport was great. Nothing walkable to shop or visit near the hotel. Otherwise a 5 star experience. Highly recommend

My husband just spent one night because of a very early ✈️ ght the nextorning. We actually were given an apartment that was very comfortable. Only negative was that we had to leave the main building and go outside where there was no covered walkway. We had four bags and were offered no help. Otherwise I would highly recommend for the comfort and value. We ate at the bar and grill and Luna was a super server!

after checking into my room, and went upstairs to eat dinner , they moved all my stuff out and put in storage and rebooked my room to another customer and let them check into my room! their fix was a complimentary breakfast and then charged me for it, there is no communication there, its unfortunate also as its a nice place and i travel to that area alot , wont be back...

Our stay was really nice and we made use of the pool and breakfast buffet. The pool was a perfect temperature and the facilities were clean. Our room was in the apartment building next to the main building, which was fine. The breakfast was great for the price we paid (20 euros each), although I'm not used to paying so much for what is usually the cheapest meal of the day. The free airport shuttle was convenient. Please have the schedule displayed on a board in the lobby, it will be easier for customers to know what times are pickup. I wish I could have experienced the cinema downstairs! It looked cool and with good movies showing. One thing I have to mention was the ultra concentrated smell of cow poo. It was so bad one morning we did not go outside and closed all the windows. I'm not sure if there's a cattle farm or biomass facility nearby but I can only suspect. Otherwise thanks for the great services!

We got a different room than the one we made a reservation on Expedia website, at the hotel the room was not clean, toilet piece brook off Electrical outlet just fell off while pressing the light button that is next to it Swimming way smaller than the pictures and half of the pool was closed off for swimming class, all in all very dissapointing Dinner Food buffet poor, dirty glasses and some food was just not nice at all
