This was a great hotel with very comfortable rooms. It was clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle is great for getting back and forth to the Airport and train station.

There was a long line at check in and it took almost half an hour before it was our turn. It seemed like most of the waiting guests came from a cancelled flight and checking their papers and documents took extremely long. I would have liked if the line had been separated in those from a cancelled flight and normal guests.

Very close to the Schiphol airport. They have a shuttle service to the airport which runs every 30 min. Very convenient if you have to catch an early flight.

Awesome place to stay in Amsterdam!

We were just expecting a routine Airport hotel experience. This is like a full resort! Starting with the airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins and is very heavily used. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel which serves awesome food. Very heavy Turkish influence. service is just exemplary 24 hrs. All the staff are very courteous and mostly newbies being taught by mentors! Our Pasta was served late and they just did not charge for it as they considered it their fault!!! They have the best breakfast buffett and itself worth staying there. Its very very extensive and open till 11 am! Best feature is an actual Boeing 747 in the garden!!! There is a daily tour 11-1130 for 3 euros each! Don't miss it! Lois was our tour guide and just charming. Easily the highlight of our visit. Uber to the downtown area is around 30 Euros and takes 20-30 mins. Their airport shuttle is very heavily used and very useful. The garden outside is also very nice and our family had a great time taking photos with the 747 in the background! Seriously, never had a better experience in an "Airport" hotel!

Booked a room that was advertised as one main bed and two bunk beds. Upon arrival was put in a different building with a bed for 2 (we have 4 people). The front desk staff said the couch converts; it did not. They brought one fold away bed (again we were still one bed short). Had to call again for another bed. This setup would have been atrocious for 4 adults. Thankfully our two small children didn’t mind. The building reeked of weed and cigarettes. The elevators are broken with sheet rock oddly covering the sides. The carpet was dirty with substantial crumbs. I was very thankful we were only here for less than 24 hours.

This place was awesome! I loved how they had different buildings in the area allowing for various types of rooms at various price points! The staff was so kind and accommodating! We got upgraded for free when the original room we requested was filled. Very nice people and very nice place!

The main hotel is beautiful with lots of amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even handed out cookies and juice during check-in. We took the airport shuttle bus, which was smooth and convenient. A whole bus load trying to check in at the same time took a very long time. The check in process is very slow. We booked a room for four people. The room had two twins together and twin bunk beds. That’s not the room we got. We got an apartment style room in the apartment/hotel building. We were fine with that, but the sofa bed was broken. Housekeeping set up twin beds for the kids, which worked great, but no one mentioned the sofa was broken, and it caved in when we sat on it. The room was also somewhat dirty - dirty walls, toilet brush left in the toilet, a hair scrunchy left in the shower, etc. Counters, sinks, and beds all appeared clean, but my husband thought his pillow smelled smoky. We ate at the bistro, which was nice, and we took an early morning shuttle to the airport, which was great! We thought by the pics on Hotels.com that we’d be in the “Urban” building, but that is currently housing Ukrainian refugees. That was great to see! I would definitely book directly through the hotel if going here. There are lots of positives, but I think booking through here caused a lot of confusion on the hotel’s end.

Overnight stay waiting for ongoing flight. Free coach from airport and back. ‘All you can eat’ dinner can be purchased in restaurant but book on check in else might be late when you eat. Good swimming pool, steam room etc so pack swimming stuff in backpack
