One of the staff was unfriendly. The sheets and towels weren't that clean. The property next door is abandoned so it felt super unsafe to walk around. The faucet felt dirty, because of its design. The self service station was empty so we couldn't get new towels or anything. One good thing was that we ordered upper bed and we got lower one instead, which was more convenient.

Dangerous bunk bed, horrible area to stay

Reserved an upper bunk bed room without knowing how dangerous it would be, given that there is only one handle and it’s quite difficult to balance yourself if you’re not young and fit. I expressed my concerns and explained I was worried about having an accident (not joking, if you fall you could kill yourself due to the layout of the room) and I was transferred to a lower bunk room, AT A COST. They refused to waive the fee, claiming I was trying to get a more expensive room for free. I explained that my concern about my safety was genuine, and they were more concerned about 25 euros than ensuring my safety. I would not recommend this place; it’s far from everything, noisy and surrounded by abandoned properties. And, as I said, upper bunk beds are UNSAFE.

Okay so it's a capsule hotel so you gotta be aware of what that is. Every time i walked outside i was surprised to not be in Tokyo (where i stayed in a capsule). The rooms are cleaner than the lobby area. The capsule itself, i did no windows but that was hardcore for a week. How can i put this, you really have to know yourself to be able to be in a windowless room. Days melt, time is irrelevant. It's a modern shiny spaceship. The best part is the private bathroom and the blazing fast wifi. Arrive during the day or you're going to be second guessing yourself because next door is a large abandoned office park covered in Graffiti. But the hotel and area is safe. This area was bustling but the covid lock downs killed it and it hasn't bounced back yet. Grocery store, small mall is close. Campus across the street has some cool bars and places to chill. Uber is 21 euro to Central. It's nice to find a cheap spot kinda close to the craziness of west, north and central Amsterdam. Wandering around knowing i have a safe quiet place with a bathroom was nice. All of the staff i met and a few travelers were all very nice even with the usual kind of sketched out vibe Amsterdam has in general. They should rent out cubicles with internet you can plug into on the 4th floor. That would be great. Solo travelers, people too old for a hostile and female travelers - I definitely recommend. Please don't judge a book by it's cover, it's the safest I've felt in awhile. Thank you Capsule. Cheers!

Great capsule hotel with more room capacity. Great first time experience for a capsule hotel. We had to leave the water for 10mns before it will get warm.

The capsule idea was new to me. The room was snug, but it was enough. The staff was fantastic to work with, providing luggage storage, help, and great service. The budget breakfast was filling and easy. Washer/dryer is in the parking lot and open to the public. We had hoped to use it, but timing didn't work in our favor. Close to a tram line, transportation was easy. The only weird thing was the bathroom door was transparent. That was a little awkward.

The access to top bunkbed is somewhat risky. The area where the hotel is located is next to a gipsy camp and a derelict building with druggies.

Clean and perfectly formed. No frills but had all the amenities required including clean shower (wet room), own toilet and bed/desk. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy as the rooms were so close together. Would recommed for solo travellers as nowhere to socialise/meet friends etc in the room. I stayed for a conference and it was good value for money.

It’s a small room without a window. However, the mattress is very comfortable, the furnishings are top notch, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I heard more noise in my room from the doors opening and closing in the hallway than my neighbors.

The Hotel is in a very quiet safe area. Although the rooms are very small they are very clean and have all the facilities you need. The staff are very helpful and my friend and I had booked rooms with a high bed which was unsuitable for us but the staff were brilliant and sorted it for us and we changed our room.s Would highly recommend.

Hotel Receptionists Alex, Johnny, Zack and rest are very helpful with directing locations, booking attractions, any advice you may need. Exceeding expectations as service in 5* hotels with concierge services. I was impressed by bathroom design & size, luxury duvets, bed linen, comfortable beds.Very clean and new hotel with unique design and Japanese concept for space saving. Only size of rooms is small if y want to spend longer time in it might not be best for you. I ll be definitely coming back to this unique hotel.
