Great Hotel with Reliable Airport Transfers

Airport transfers were on time and reliable. It takes a bit of a while to get to the hotel from the airport...a good10-15 minute drive. The same airport transfer stops 2 other ibis hotels first, so make sure you are stepping off at the right hotel. Check-in is straightforward. Room was ready when we arrived after the check-in time.

Very quiet & comfy hotel with free shuttle to & from airport. I took the airport train to Amsterdam centre in. 15 mins. Well located. No shops or food near hotel. But you can go to airport by free shuttle for lots of food options & groceries

ibis styles review.

Arrived lat - check in was smooth. room and keys were available immediately. air port shuttle was an added bonus. however, the shuttle was a few minutes late for the airport pick up. hotel pick up was on time but very busy. Hotel was in a somewhat remote location, not near any attraction. it was a very good location near the airport. we had dinner at the hotel. a large group was already seated which caused a delay in service, only had two servers for the entire area. the servers were excellent and worked diligently for the entire area. attempted the on line app for service but experienced some difficulty. other customers used it successfully. hotel room was spacious and clean. beds were confortable. only had 2 pillows on the bed and 1 pillow in a sealed bag located onto of the clothing hooks. we took the bag down which was extremely dusty. could provide additional pillows. in room safe was an added bonus though we did not use it. would use again for the purposes of hotels near airport.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nataliia at the front desk. She was an absolute delight. She assisted us with storing our luggage there until check-in and during check-out the next day. She is kind, friendly, and just a perfect example of good customer service. I have no doubt she will do great things. As far as the hotel itself, it is clean, comfortable, and close to the airport (which is what we wanted). The biggest plus was the bus that comes by every hour or so to take you to the airport at no cost. So convenient! The food is also quite excellent. I highly recommend!

Came to hotel at 2pm and even though room was ready said we had to wait. We left our bags just behind reception desk as we wanted to explore. The price of breakfast is ridiculous! $27 pp!! Room was noisy from outside traffic as well as other guests or staff. At 9pm we returned and received our room. There were stains on the bedding a few looked like blood. Shower had not been cleaned properly as the tiles had mud prints on them. The water would turn from hot to cold on its own throughout a shower. The sink faucets leaked as the water was turned on and as such cosmetic bag got saturated. Overall staff st front desk was not courteous or helpful. When asked a few general questions was told to use a phone and goggle the information! Would never stay at this location at all! When told about issue staff did not seem to care.
