The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout, guiding us to the side door for ease with the pushchair, interacting with our little one and letting us store our luggage on our last day. The hotel is really well situated close to the bus stops which have access to everything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, welcoming and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Our 2 year old had their own sofa bed (double) and slept soundlessly every night. We had everything we needed in the room and everything was accommodating and comfortable.
The only negative comment we have is for the breakfast. The hot food was limited to 4 dishes (chicken sausages, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs) and toast. They were quite cold and hard by the time we ate at 8/9am but the options for cold food and pastries were varied and tasty. We just thought it was on the expensive side for the options given and for the quality of the hot food.
We would definitely return, especially for the quality of comfort in the bedrooms and ease of connection on transport, we just wouldn’t add breakfast next time!
