When I arrived they were actually fully booked and it took them another 2 hours to sort a different hotel and taxi out. To say lots of people were in the same situation and we were all tired from delays there didn’t seem much urgency to sort the problem.

1. Service was good and room was clean upon arrival. 2. Server Habib gave me good service as well at breakfast time, service with a smile. 3. Restaurant (Kreuken & Bar) looked very cozy and always inviting/, modern, clean. 4. Quiet area from city centre worked well for me and large room worked best for me, and location was good too as it was 1/2 between AMs & City Centre.
