Lovely spacious hotel. Rooms are lovely and large and very quiet - could not hear airport or other guests at all. Bathroom also very clean and good facilities. Parking is available on site, touch on the high side but great option to have. Downside the room was very warm despite AC being on. But bed was comfy. Overall good

Wonderful stay.

Fabulous service, wonderful staff. We stayed 6 nights in the senator suite and had friends in 3 superior rooms. We enjoyed having the added space to entertain our friends. The staff were super accomodating us with extra glasses and water so we could entertain in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again. Park here, uber into town. Cheaper than a cab in town. Steigenberger lives up to our expectations every time!

Did not like the check in process. Staff was very unfriendly, she was shouting at me when I asked for clarification on the security deposit. Room was bad . Toilet dirty , found window open-very cold, noisy, main door couldn’t close. I felt unsafe. No shower gel or shower caps. I think I was given the worst room on the 1st floor next to a car park. Plus distant to airport is not 4min as indicated - around 8min. Bus left early as it was full but we had to wait for another one that took 30min. Only plus was staff at check out was really helpful & assisted me in getting express security at the airport.

one elevator was out of service and we had to wait 15 minutes to get down from the 7th floor. Every car was full when it got to the 7th floor
