Room was nothing fancy just your basic hotel room but it was clean. It included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was very kind and they kept the property clean. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the gate of Disneyland but it’s a great hotel for the price. I got 4 nights for the price of 1 night of the parks onsite hotels. 100% am going to stay again. We also could see the fireworks from the room.

Ash is fantastic he always accommodates my family so well! We got caught in a rain storm and he loaned us his personal umbrella when Walmart was sold out! Very kind staff and great suites with a door separating the third bed, wonderful for different bedtimes!

Clean, Well-Maintained, But Disappointing Fees We were impressed by how clean and well-kept the property was — it’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the place. The rooms were spotless, and the grounds felt cared for. We even met a few families who’ve returned year after year because of the value and consistent upkeep. That said, we were caught off guard by a daily parking fee and an additional charge for our child, as a party of 3. It felt frustrating, especially at a budget-friendly motel. When we expressed our concern, the response was to blame our third-party booking, which didn’t feel great. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you know all the charges up front and book direct. Just be aware of the added fees.

The booking site said 'What you see is what you pay', however they charge extra for parking. When we got in the room, there was no chain latch. But the main issue was the toilet backed up and wouldn't flush. I told the front desk before going out. We got back after midnight and not only was it still backed up, it was now dirtier and smelly.

To start, if we could give zero stars we would. We found multiple pieces of hair in our “clean” towels on top of the multiple stained towels. There was giant chunks of lint below one of the beds. But wait, there is more! We also found our door was missing a hinge, everything looked brown and dirty and the room was overall disgusting. It was not comfortable and felt very sticky and humid. I would not recommend staying at this hotel as it needs major TLC.

Honestly we booked a 3 night stay for 3 day passes at Disneyland and California Adventure which was like a 10-15 min walk from the hotel, we weren’t actually at the hotel much since we were at the parks all day however we had all good encounters with staff, clean room, you can tell the place is a bit old but for a basic and fair priced place pretty close to the parks I have no complaints. There’s also a Chevron right next door for all late night snacks and drinks which was a plus. I was really worried and quite nervous considering a lot of the hotels had some not so good reviews but this place was good and we will definitely be coming back

I would stay here again for sure. It's clean, it's quiet, it's close to disney (for adults, maybe a long walk for kids) and it's close to food that isn't crowded with disney crowds. Everything was great with our stay, however, the lock to our door didnt work and every night, getting back after a very long day of theme parks, we had to go to the front desk, get new keys made, that wouldn't work, and then have staff walk us to our room and manually unlock the door. After leaving the room at 6:30 a.m. and getting back after midnight the last thing we wanted to do was walk back and forth across the parking lot at least twice every night and wait for the staff to unkock our doors. We were onkyngetting about 5 hours of sleep max without this issue, so the 15-30 minutes (depending on the night) this took was tough! It's no one's fault, and again, I would stay here again easily, but that was very inconvenient and no compensation was offered. Our companions (in another room) had no issues at all.

Everyone there is extremely nice and welcoming! Super accommodating! Disneyland & California Adventure are about a 12-15 minute walk, with a Starbucks and Chevron right around the corner! Rooms were clean and organized! Not bad for the price you pay. Parking is around $11-13 a day! Beats the parks prices of $30-$35. Will likely return and recommend!
