• Resort Front Desk Operating Hours: The front desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for seamless guest assistance, late-night arrivals, and magical service.

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in for the Villas begins strictly at 4:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 11:00 AM.

• Physical Structural Notice: The Villas features an iconic, sprawling lodge architecture fully equipped with multi-elevator access and wide interior corridors. The resort operates using an Allocate Upon Arrival system. Specific unit assignments and exact floor levels are determined dynamically by the resort front desk team at check-in.

[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

• Credit Card Authorization Policy: All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. The credit card on file will be authorized prior to arrival for a standard security deposit hold. Following your departure, any unused authorization funds will be released to you according to your credit card issuer’s and bank's standard processing timelines.

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free property within all guest villas, rooms, balconies, and public spaces. This includes vapes, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products. A dedicated cleaning fee of $250.00 USD will be assessed for smoking inside or on the balconies of Deluxe Studios and Standard Rooms.

• Strictly No Pets: Only certified ADA service animals that are trained to work or perform specific tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines and are strictly prohibited from the property.

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
