My experience was amazing. The staff were very nice, sweet and helpful and always greeted you.Every time you would pass them, the location is amazing and you are around all the good food as well as the transit bus.And if you don't want to watch it , you can cross the street and hop on the transit bus that goes straight to disney's entrance.

Recomiendo este hotel si tienen alguna actividad en el convention center, esta facil de caminar, no hay que Cruzar calles, esta como que si fuera casi parte del hotel, me gusto mucho que me lo hizo facil, pero las camas son bien chiquitas, para dormir 2 esta dificil que uno descance bien, yo agarre un cuarto de doble cama, los niños durmieron bien pq son chiquitos alcanzaron bien pero pobre de los adultos que esten llenitos ahi no alcanzaran. El baño tambien esta algo pequeño, incomodo para vestirse adentro ya que no hay Puerta en el area del lava manos. El resto estubo bien, no me voy a quejar.

Card for room is deactivate day of check out. You have to go back to main lobby to reactivate. Told yes this happens all the time. When we asked about Transportation we were gove paper and stated everything is there. No assistance provided just figure it out yourself.

Staff was very kind and attentive. Bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, the pullout couch was very thin which made it difficult to sleep but the regular beda were comfortable. The room was bigger than expected and well layed out. Location was convenient.

The rooms could use a bit of work and could use a deep clean but other than that we love the hotel! The beds are comfortable especially when you get the king room. The walk across the street to the Toy Story parking lot is my favourite part, they do security checks there so you can just walk into the park. For the price you pay it’s a pretty good hotel
