We love the proximity to Disneyland and the price point. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in this last trip seemed a little run down. Bathroom needs a facelift.

My go to Stay!

We have been staying at this hotel between 2-3 times a year for the past 3 years because of its price, its friendliness and most importantly its cleanliness! My daughter has dance competitions in Anaheim and the hotels literally across the street are 3 times more expensive. Although The Clarion may not be upgraded at all and looks dated, it is a reliable and safe place to stay particularly for Single moms like me who are looking for the best deal. We are grateful and will continue to stay at this very friendly and clean hotel every time!!

Overall our stay was ok. The room we stayed in was a former handicap room that was horribly redone to a regular room. The hotel was nice and clean but the staff’s customer service standards were low, we didn’t get greeted by the front desk staff till we approached them and never welcomed back to the hotel when we came back from our outings. The only exception was the assistant front desk manager Raymond Gonzalez, he was a great example of customer service standards and consistency greeted us back to the hotel when we came back during his shift. He deserves the praise and recognition. We probably won’t be staying at this hotel the next time we visit.

Breakfast gets 1 star. I've never stayed at a hotel that charged $17.50 for a breakfast you get free everywhere else. Just eggs, meats, waffles, and pastries. Parking gets 3 stars. It is convenient, but $28/day is a bit much for me. Staff gets 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful, and always there at the front desk to help. Cleanliness gets 5 stars. Very clean and comfortable room. Convivence gets 5 stars. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and less than a mile walk to Disney.

The good: Convenient, right next to Anaheim Convention Center, great restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy and not crazy expensive. The bad: WiFi SUCKED. I literally had to walk over to the Hilton next door at 2am to get my work uploaded by deadline. Cell service wasn’t any better. Apparently inside this hotel is a digital black hole. Inside my room I could send texts, but could not hold a signal to talk. And forget about using your phone as a WiFi hotspot. When I went outside in the parking lot I had normal cell service. Go figure.
