I like the fact that this hotel is directly behind Disneyland I think it’s a 10 minute walk to make it to downtown Disney and a 15 minute walk to make it inside the park. I have no complaints. I’ve stayed here about three times already and it’s a great hotel.

Carpet was very dirty, my kids and us had black feet by the end of just a couple hours of walking near foot in our room, walls need to be updated their dents, need better tv and better window privacy. Wasn’t aware of parking charges and also on hotel description it stated 2 adult breakfast and was told we had to pay $14.00 each of us. Need more safer parking stalls. Saw a few people walking around smoking and littering. Saw a couple homeless people.

The staff was super friendly at this property., save yourself a walk to the park and get a lyfe for less than $15. Pool was relaxing and clean. Coffee was decent. Paid for the breakfast buffet and thought it was well worth it. Basic hot breakfast but the scones were super yummy and there was fresh fruit and proteins. Bed was comfortable but the room seems super humid. This made for a rough night. Overall you would stay here again. Parking is not free and it is an additional charge...

I wasn't told that you need to call for housekeeping to make up the room everyday. Water play area wasn't working when we were there. Overall, still an excellent deal considering how close we were to Disney. I would still recommend this place. The staff was accommodating and very friendly.
