The front desk was very was uninviting, felt dirty, not kept up, while the bed was clean, the shower curtain was stiff it was so dirty and you could see outside through the door jam. Definitely will not stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to keep a low budget, this is an option. Keep in mind a $20 parking fee per night. It has what you need (Cable TV, fridge, iron/iron board) and enough space. During our stay it was calm and quiet, at no point did we feel unsafe. The doors have good locks. If you want bougie on a budget, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately like at many places you can tell there is lots of rooms to clean and not enough time, resorting to shortcuts in the deep cleanliness of the rooms. - The A/C unit in the wall did work, but it has not been maintained. - The exhaust fan in the bathroom was full of dust, and never turned on; causing the room to be humid after every shower, because the windows are bolted shut. - The bathroom sink would not drain properly, it would drain slow leaving residue behind. - Not enough big trash cans around the property. Every morning the trash cans would overflow from guest taking out all their trash. The check in/check out staff was on top of their duties and helpful night shift and day shift. Cleaning staff was fast and friendly.

The bathroom had black mold, the appliances were barely in the wall, the housekeepers moved my things, the floor was a hazard because it's not even, and the walls are so thin that I followed the conversation of the business man who woke me up when he passed by my room 3 times between the hours of 2am and 4am. The staff weren't friendly at all and looked like I was an inconvenience to them. One of the staff members only spoke spanish and didn’t even acknowledge me when I tried to ask a question, which finally prompted the manager to come over and help me.

It was extremely affordable and super close to Disney. About what you would expect from a Motel 6 but we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning if we decide to go to Disney on a whim. It was perfect for what we needed.
