It is a very good hotel in the west side of the Island. Staff were very good and its has a very convenient location. Nice Spot for a Family Weekend. The Beach is not good in this area. Everything else is great

The greenery on the grounds was well maintained and are beautiful, the pool is beautiful and the room was extremely clean however there is no beach as it looks like in the photos. Also, when we arrived one of the elevators wasn’t working, there are only 2 elevators, and the other was working ever so slowly and looked like it has not been maintained in 30 years.

This three star resort was very nice, at the far southern end of Rincon. Very quiet very relaxing the pool is amazing the hot tub will fit 20. The on-site restaurant was excellent and they also have breakfast and lunch service. Very close to all Rincon beaches and attractions. I would stay here again

The staff and service people are very good and friendly. The room looked ok, recently remodeled, but not too clean. Same with the bathroom, recently remodeled, shower doors did not close properly and water kept coming out of the shower area leaving the bathroom floor soaked. There are no plugs readily available on the room to charge your phones. There is only one in the bathroom There is practically no beach left.
