The reception staff were very competent, ,thoughtful and understanding. They stored our luggage after our check out time until we needed to leave for the airport. The parking lot seemed a bit in need of attention.

I’m glad to see that the hotel has been updated

We were pleased with our room and our stay. We were a little sad that the pool is not available anymore. Breakfast fair was a bit light. I really appreciated the improvements and refurbishment. The last time we stayed the hotel was getting run down. They have renewed and refreshed it and it shows.

I reserved a king bed room type and when I checked in they did not have that available. Instead got a room with 2 DOUBLE beds… it’s winter in Anchorage AK and window was wide open, AC going too. Took several hours to warm up. Awful odor in the room as well

The property was clean and well take care of. The only issue I had was the enforcement of quiet time. I was awaken before 5am to people screaming and yelling for over 1/2 hour. Called the front desk to complain and have them fix the issue, no answer. Was so frustrated that I couldn’t fall back to sleep. So much for getting a good nights rest. Came to the front desk at breakfast to issue my complaint, they said they received my call at night but forgot to call me back. When I asked what can they do to make this right, front desk said nothing. They said I can bring my concern to Stephen C. Nothing has done yet.
