I loved the lobby and the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful only thing i didnt like was the view as we were put on the side that faced the street but my daughter loved seeing the train so im not too mad about it

I went in knowing it was under construction and might be a little messy, but it was absolutely filthy. Carpeting looked as though it had never been cleaned, the parking area was very limited and not very safe looking, but the part that really got me was when I went into my room and there was the smell of funk and mold. I was in there for 2 minutes before I was online booking another hotel. Probably the most dissatisfied I have ever been with a hotel. I didn’t even bother to speak with anyone there about it, because there was nothing that they could have done to make it any better

The room was destroyed. Holes in the carpet,tears in the furniture. Lamps were broken with the shades tore. No hair dryer nor could they find me one. I was traveling for medical appointments and it’s usually quiet down by the creek. However due to remodeling,the banging and running of some sort of vibrating compactor above my room resting was out of the question. Apparently since I travel with my dog I’m given a trashy room repeatedly. I guarantee my dog has never tore up anything in a hotel room, unlike people’s children that stay for free.

The AC was loud and I didn’t know the property was close by the railroad so we have to deal with the sound of the train every time it passes by..
