There was no valet. The parking was very hard to find and 100% not safe. It literally felt like a scene from a horror movie where at any min the bad guy was going to sneak up and you know what. The check in was painfully uninformative AND apparently they charge you for parking! Got to the room and so many things were dirty, in disrepair, or missing. The fridge was unplugged. Furniture was covered in a thick layer of dust. The beds were not comfortable. The cable tv was horrible and kept cutting out. The evening staff at the front desk was rude. The next morning cleaning staff kept nonstop knocking on the door and trying to enter to the extent they opened the door while we were literally sleeping without clothes on in our bed! And this was HOURS before checkout. And they had the audacity to keep coming back every hour til we left. I do not understand how we could arrive to a dirty room and leave to nonstop knocks on the door by staff. Oh and there’s no microwaves. The refuse to put them in the room and literally said it was a consequence for the actions of the past guests they blamed. What kind of customer service was that?!!!! Would I stay here again? Definitely no. 100% not worth the money.

Overall a good place. I ding it a little for the noisy bar outside our window and the mini fridge that didnt work. Otherwise a nice place to stay downtown.

I used to think of Hilton as a top hotel. I do not think that as a long time Hilton member Dimond member now I have never felt such disrespect. The room was old and smell like smoke. They were re-doing the front of the hotel so no sleep And the homeless people so bad that they actually look in the Hotel restaurant window at you while you’re eating no protection from this parking from this hotel with two blocks down and you parked yourself no valet offered no room service offered, and the staff was rude. It’s all get out. I was told that I would not get my points because I booked on Expedia even though I’m a Dimond member, I requested extra towels and soap never came again the room the carpet smelled the bathroom was old and no temperature on the water over all the worst hotel ever Please don’t stay here I will never again.
