Many tent people are staying close to the facility, made huge noise (music) during midnight, which interrupted our sleep repeatedly. Even more, I could not feel safe with it because the extra parking lot was facing there site. I hope this will be solved on your visit to this facility.

It was a clean room....but the homeless camp basically in their parking lot was not good at all...the room is old...and with the ocean close it took a beating...sheets were clean bed was no horrible...staff was spot on and very nice....but ...it a shady place...I was prior military and can deal with a lot...If I was with my wife and family I would have bounced!

Poor check in experience. Seemed nothing worked right. Room was old and stained everything. Shower had crack in it and worst of all there were bedbugs. Stepped on one and blood spots everywhere. Disgusting. Gave me a $22 refund.

Dangerous Don't Stay!

This property is a disgrace to the Wyndham brand. Homeless encampment in back yard with several gunshots throughout the night, no vending machine to even buy a bottle of water, crappy portable HVAC unit that did not work properly and made room very uncomfortable, and NO telephone in room (which is a fire and safety violation). Told them to put a phone in the room and they never did. The only two positives I will say are: 1) great yogurt for breakfast, but no napkins, and 2) pleasant free shuttle driver to airport and train station. Otherwise, DO NOT STAY HERE! And Wyndham/Ramada brand really needs to investigate the operation of this unsafe and run-down hotel! Not worth the price they charge for the condition and location of this property.

My stay was okay. Would give it another shot.

I paid for mybstay through Hotels.com ahead of time. I did the online checkin suggested by Ramada though email. Upon my arrival I still had to do the entire checkin process and i was charged twice, $100, and $103 (after already paying $120 through hitels.com) and they have yet to be reversed as promised. When i went to my room they assigned me, it was locked from the inside deadbolt. So i was assigned a new room, in which upon arrival and sitting in the bathroom, found out it didnt have any toilet paper. People were friendly and room was cozy. But not the best experience.

The picture of the hotel on hotels.com was not this Ramada. This Ramada in Anchorage looked lousy on the outside, and my room (103) wasnt any better. cracked paint, broken dresser, batteries in the remote control was held on with tape. No towels in the bathroom. Ive stayed in Ramadas before, and i cant believe this hotel gets to have that name. The only reason i gave it 2 stars was because the bed was very comfortable

They are trying

Oh, where to start. So this is a old hotel in a not so great part of town. Outside the window to our room was a large homeless camp on railroad property, they were fans of deep bass music until 3AM. The room looked fairly clean, however, there was no toilet paper or facial tissue in the room. There was a sign in the room that said call the front desk if you need anything. That would have been great if there had been a phone in the room. The continental breakfast consisted of an apple juice, a hard boiled egg, a PB&J uncrustable, and a dinner roll with 1/3 of a slice of bacon and a little cheese on it in a brown paper bag. When I told the person at the front desk about the toilet paper, lack of phone, etc. he seemed genuinely mortified. A few days later there was a refund on my credit card for the full amount of the room. I did not ask for the refund, they just gave it to me. The hotel was being remodeled and it really seemed like they were trying. Perhaps in a year or so they will solve there homeless problem and get the hotel in shape.

The room was nice and clean, but that’s all that was good about this hotel. There was a homeless camp outside and the occupants of the camp would wonder around the parking lot and lobby.they would yell and scream all night, making it difficult to sleep. There was trash and empty cases of beer in the hallways piled up outside multiple rooms. You could here everything from other rooms and some rooms the occupants we’re partying all night and being extremely loud, making sleeping difficult.

The front desk girl was the one who went to pick me up at the airport, thanks for that. But my room looks like dirty, floor so dusty, Pillows smells like if someone was there but no clean after. And the toilet constantly was flushing water so much noise Microwave so dirty too. I try to make my coffee warm and I found it so dirty. General ok.. only this detals Thank you.
