When it's time to sit at the table, you can either gather around the dining room table or settle on the terrace facing the sea, and why not take the opportunity to prepare and enjoy good grilled dishes on the charcoal barbecue.



To relax and gather, the large cathedral living room with its beautiful decorative fireplace has two comfortable sofas and a television, it opens onto the terrace and will be the heart of the house.



A first bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a glass door leading to the terrace, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.



Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the spacious living room to serve three bedrooms, three bathrooms each with a washbasin and a bathtub, and an independent WC. The first bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160/200), the second, two single beds (90/190) and the last, two single beds (90/190) and a wooden baby bed. The house also has numerous facilities for toddlers, such as a bathtub, a high chair, a potty, and a Babycook.
