The staff at this hotel are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a choice so you can have a bigger or smaller room depending on your budget. All very clean . Beds are comfortable, last time I was here there was a problem accessing the swimming pool but now this has been fixed. It is much easier.
I would suggest the room bookings are changed to room only and don’t include breakfast because they are so bad that it lets you down. I understand that this is contracted out but it’s still reflects the quality of the stay. For the standard of accommodation the breakfast is just terrible which is why unless you can’t improve it I think you ought to just remove it.
Then, as a guest, I can order whatever food I want and if I have any problems with that, I can take that up directly with the provider other than this everything about the state it was good and will suddenly be coming back
