I arrived early and couldn’t check in yet. So I asked if I could at least leave my luggage at the front desk. They took my luggage and left it unattended in an open hallway where anyone could take it. I had to tell them to put it away. When I got to the room, the AC was turned off and had to be turned on by maintenance who was was wrangling for a tip. When I asked for an iron in the evening, they forgot. I had to call again in the morning to remind them. Not the best experience.

Our washroom floor needs more scrubbing. Paint on the sink is peeling off. Needs more parking space near the hotel not mall parking. Pancakes and hashbrowns are hard as a rock, breakfast charge was not worth it. Staff service is excellent though! The hotel claims Clark Airport is 10 minutes ride but it was 22 minutes. But it’s still a decent hotel to stay. I would stay here again in the future.

It's worth it even though only 1 night

The receptionist who checked us in was very accommodating (Yanna i think the name). She explain all the amenities they offer even we are only staying for 1 night. After checking in it was raining so we didn't use the gym and pool until the next morning. The building still in good condition. The shower head have soap scum which is normally considering the turnover of each guest. The area was very convenient as it was connected to SM and restaurants.
