Hard to find 180 degree views of the water on all 3 floors. Relax with family and friends and enjoy all beautiful Lake Gage has to offer. Gorgeous views from the top level living room/full kitchen area. The views continue on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms (there is a bunk room with x box) and laundry room are located. The lake level has games for the children and full bar for adults. Once outside there is a Fire pit, beach for children to wade into the water, a dock for your boat or perfect for sun lounging, and a patio table with grill for outdoor dining. Whole house has Wi-Fi with 3 smart tvs and free parking for up to 6 cars.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels and bed sheets in the laundry. Comforters can remain in the bedrooms.
Remove outside cushions from dock chairs and place inside the bottom level.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7AM. No PARTIES!
No drowning! Guests who are not strong swimmers swim at their own risk. Wear a flotation device if your are not a good swimmer.
Pick up after BUTTS! Only smoke outside and throw your buts away in the trash cans outside the house. Same for your pets poop use trash can outside
