The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate.

The room I stayed in at the hotel was incredibly noisy. Sound insulation is very poor. In the evening, a very strong smell of frying came from the air conditioner, we had to turn off the air conditioner. I definitely do not recommend

Clean and neat rooms, tranquil zone without much noise, walking distance to a good restaurant (Uludağ)… would have appreciated more only if the check-in staff was more smiling and kimd.

It was not clear where to park and the area near the door was blocked by orange cones. I also did not see any ramp for suitcase wheels or any other purpose. Maybe it was at a different area; I also saw only stairs (no elevator) from the lobby to the elevator for the rooms. If you can handle these issues, the hotel is great!

The property itself was pretty but the room seemed old and in need of renovating. Also the view out the window was blocked by huge a steel X (part of the construction of the building) and a steel grate which made it seem dirty and dark. When I opened the window I could hear the pigeons and felt like their feathers could blow straight into my room as there was no screen.

Conveniently located on wester edge of Ankara

Great place to stay right on the western outskirts of Ankara. Makes for a good stopping point on your way down to Cappadocia. Very easy neighborhood to get in/out of and very friendly, helpful hotel staff. Restaurant is also excellent.

The property is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and several spoke English very well. The only thing, if you have a nut allergy, please please specify at the beginning with a staff who speaks English. We had a nut allergy scare when we ordered pasta. We asked if there were nuts and they said no. But when we took one bite, there was was nuts. Apparently they told us that there was crushed walnuts. 😳 Benedryl was taken right away and thank goodness it was all that was needed.

Duvarlar cok ses geciriyordu hem yan oda bizim odamızın içerisinde gibiydi hem de çalışanlar sabahın 8 inde kata geldikleri için tüm sesler duyuluyordu. Oda fotoğraflardan küçük. 2 kişilik oda tutuyorsunuz tek küçük su ikram koymuşlar o da kahve çay vs içinmiş o yuzden mini bardaki sulara dokunmanızı önermem bunu da ilk defa bi otelde gördüm.
