Need improve for cleaning

The room is not clean. Fridge has left over food. There are some empty bottle behind the tv stand and very dusty. The lamp stand cover is broken. Only has one tower for the bathroom. When we first get into the room the fridge has left over, ask room service for clean up, but no one come. The second day call again. They finally send someone to clean it.

Great hotel but moderate customer service

Great location. Beautiful hotel with some great amenities. I was particularly grateful for the hotel restaurant and bar. Easy parking. My two concerns: 1). Unprofessional front desk employees (9 pm on May 15). 2) the hotel didn't provide a business center or printers for guests who are traveling for business.

The front desk attendant Kooshan was fantastic . He was attentive , kind and very professional. He’s a very valuable employee .. despit so many people at the front desk at a very busy parents weekend he managed all with utmost efficiency and professionalism. Best, Hannah

We were staying here while in town for a couple of days. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, order delivery or go out if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.
