The hot tub was not working, we were very disappointed. There was also very loud party that took place in the ballroom on Saturday night and the music went on till 11:30 PM which it disturbed our sleep.

To me the pillows are very uncomfortable beds are not sized truly to a queen. The pool area.Walked in water level was super low in the pool water was greenish like the pool wasn’t being taken care of correctly. The hot tub was completely empty of water. where the snacks are located was ridiculously priced. Six dollars for an ice cream sandwich…..ridiculous

Rude staff

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. This stay was not good! They stopped serving free breakfast and now charge $16 per person. The front desk staff was very rude on several occasions apparently their cell phones are more important than their guest. Our room had blood stains on the comforters (old but still evident) bathroom was dirty. They asked if we wanted our room cleaned during our stay, we said no so they came in anyway and cleaned half the room. I can handle a not so clean room but the way the staff treated us during our stay pushed us over the edge. I don't ever write reviews as I am in the hospitality business myself. But it ruined my trip to the point I was going to move to a different hotel but seemed like a lot of work for a 2 nite stay. I travel to Annapolis several times a year but will never stay here again

Hotel is good however there were small things I wish we could change. The thermostat in the wrong are horrible. Doesn’t tell you the temperature. Has 3 settings high, auto and low. However whenever it was on auto and turned off there was no in between. So if you had the fan on it felt like the ac was on, if you changed it to higher temp you’d cook. No microwave in the room which sucks if you had a child with you. Wasn’t happy the pool had so many dead fruit nats in the water: totally crazy since it’s indoors, the filters weren’t on either.
