We bought cookies and sat them on the tv stand. The next morning the cookies were covered in ants. We went to the front desk and they only said sorry. It was $20 worth of cookies. But I guess that’s what happens when you book through a third party! They never do anything!

Elevator didn’t work. Was told by someone who stays often that 1 or two are often broken. Water is either cold or scalding, hotel is very aged, paint peeling, stains through out. Hallway smells of chlorine masking the smell of rotting food.

Nice accommodations, with spacious rooms. There was only one elevator to service so many floors in my section, so the wait for an elevator was lengthy at times. Breakfast was at a cost but the selection was ok. Our servers were very kind and attentive. The air condition in the public spaces appeared not to be functioning properly and the hallways leading to the rooms had a nit so nice scent.
