A comfy house with a friendly and helpful host. It's an easy 15/20 minute trip into the town centre by bus (recommend you download the bus app). Loads to do in the area. House is well-appointed and has parking. 7 minute walk to boulangerie and supermarche. Thank you to our host.

Beautiful Annecy Holiday

We had a wonderful restful holiday for our anniversary in this property. It was extremely well appointed with all that you would need. It was very clean and well presented. The owner, Marc, was very helpful and friendly. We were within a short walk of a large supermarket and a lovely fish restaurant. I highly recommend this property and I know that Marc would make sure that all was well for you. He is so pleasant.

Rien à redire, simplement parfait

Magnifique villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à deux pas d'une grande zone commerciale, et à moins de 10 minutes du centre ville d'Annecy (certes la circulation semble dense mi août en cours de journée, mais c'est lié à l'attrait du lac, de sa plage, et de la vieille ville) Marc, votre hôte, en plus de veiller à votre installation est un excellent guide touristique. Tout l'indispensable était fourni (serviette, drap...), jusqu'à la senseo. C'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif de la villa, mais l'ultime surprise concernait le ménage compris dans la location. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré cette qualité de service pour d'autres locations sur abritel. Bravo ! En plus d'être spacieuse, la villa est neuve et propre. 3 vraies chambres (2 à l'étage, 1 au rdc), 2 salles d'eau (grande douche au rdc, baignoire à l'étage), une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, avec un bel espace repas, sans oublier une terrasse et le balcon à l'étage. Nous n'avons rien à redire. Les autres témoignages et les photos retranscrivent bien la réalité. N'hésitez pas à réserver si le tarif et les disponibilités vous conviennent !

Un week-end du jour de l´an parfait ! Merci

Nous avons passés un excellent week-end du jour de l’an chez Marc ! Une villa sublime, très propre ! 3 vraies chambres, 2 sdb, tout ce qu’il faut à disposition (même serviette de bain) - la chambre du haut dispose d’une terrasse couverte très très belle ! Le chauffage au sol à température idéal, nous étions totalement autonome avec un hôte totalement a disposition, et a 10mins en voiture d’annecy. Venus a 2 véhicules nous avions largement La place pour nous garer. Nous n’avons rien notés de négatif et seront ravis de louer chez Marc cet été :D ! Encore merci sincèrement ! Votre villa est très belle, votre accueil chaleureux !

Très bien

L'appartement de Seynod était très confortable, calme et bien agencé pour une famille avec des petits enfants. L'accueil de son hôte est particulièrement chaleureux ! Si nous avions à retourner dans la région, nous ne manquerions pas de refaire appel à celui-ci !
