Enjoy this pleasant little apartment in the heart of the old town of Annecy.
This 38m2 apartment was refurbished by an interior designer in November 2021.
You can enjoy a pleasant stay in the pretty town of Annecy and enjoy a comfortable and cozy apartment.
Despite being right in the center of the old town, the triple glazing covers all noise.
Located in a quiet building and very close to a supermarket 2m away, it will be easy for you to do your shopping.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a lounge/bedroom area.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and equipment of the accommodation
- removing food from the refrigerator
The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
