Very bright with balcony without vis-à-vis, overlooking a park and pretty corner of mountain, located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building with elevator, close to all amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants all accessible in less than 5 minutes walk ... 500 meters from the Imperial Palace, beaches and lake, water sports center (water skiing, paddle boats, motor boats, wakeboard, ...), 15 minutes walk from the Annecy center along the lake on the promenade, 40 minutes from Geneva, 10 minutes from the motorway, 35 kms from La Clusaz or Grand-Bornand. Quiet residence with secure door and free private parking.
Rental from Saturday 15h to Saturday 10h not suitable for animals and children under 12 years. Non smoking apartment. Cleaning must be done before departure.

Absolutely Perfect!

I loved the flat! It was the perfect Tree house!!! A large balcony with absolute privacy! Birds signing all day long. The flat faced the mountains and was the prefect temperature with a comfortable breeze. I loved watching the birds build their nests high in the trees! Central location close to the lake, all amenities, buses, mountains for trail running and to the old town. Very tranquil... The host accommodated me in every way. Additional lighting and a lovely welcome package were appreciated very much!!! Top! Super! A very special place. My stay was over a month long, would return! Thank you for a wonderful accommodation!

Appartement très propre et bien agencé. Deux bémols: la surface de la chambre laisse peu de place pour accéder aux têtes de lit .La présence de 2 lampes de chevet serait utile. La terrasse est peu exploitable car très bruyante , l appartement se trouvant sur une avenue très fréquentée.
