Comprising two distinct parts, you will have the privacy and conviviality you are looking for. The upper part, designed for 4 people with 2 rooms with 4 single beds, offers a fully renovated kitchen with a coffee machine, a dining table for family or friends, as well as a very modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. An external staircase leads to the lower part of the chalet for 6 people. At the entrance, you will be greeted by a very modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine; a charming living room, a decorative fireplace, and a toilet with a sink. Access to a large garden with furniture and a storage room for sports equipment. Upstairs, you will find 2 comfortable double bedrooms with access to the balcony and 1 charming room with two bunk beds and balcony access as well, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and then about twenty steps will lead you to this charming chalet. Located just 100 meters from the center of St-Luc, only 3 minutes from the supermarket, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. No Wi-Fi available.
