Cleaning needs to be better in rooms and facility however the general hotel was great and we still had an amazing time. Slight issues with things not working however the were quick to fix things, which was a bit inconvenient but we still had a fun time.

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort with a family of 4 in Aug 2025. The kids had an AMAZING time. All they wanted to do was to stay by the swimming pools and enjoy the slides. There is a large variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed us and looked after us. We will definitely come back.

The resort is fabulous overall. The only improvement that I can suggest is that entertainment shows need to be indoors. It was incredible hot and uncomfortable outside. Otherwise we had a fantastic experience. We had an issue with our initial room that was promptly resolved. We got upgraded to an incredible room with a nice view. I would highly recommend this resort and gladly return.

This was our third time staying at the Concorde. This time, we brought about 20 other people with us. The resort was fully booked but it didn’t feel full. Everyone had a great time between the endless meals, high quality liquor, night entertainment, beach, pool, and some of us even went to the disco! So fun! Will definitely make this an annual thing!

Mixed bag

This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.

This was a lovely all inclusive hotel, very relaxed with lots of nice bars and restaurant options, including a pier and some beach front places. The food was fantastic and the pools were fun. Kids club was also really good, but 10am is a late opening time… kids wake up early even on holidays

It’s a real mixed bag. I can’t say that ifs overall a 5* resort. The entrainment is fantastic. Grounds are stunning, beach is amazing. Food is varied. House keeping is really mixed and confusing. I can’t figure out how much or impacted me. But the entertainment is just amazing, the rooms are ok, some Parts of the hotels are tired, I would not say over all 5*
